Baptistcare Lismore

Brad was the construction manager for the 35 unit residential social housing development for BaptistCare NSW & ACT and NSW Department of Family & Community Services. The 35-unit complex consists of seven buildings, expanding the social housing facilities for the care of the aged in the area. This was managed by targeted and detailed construction programming, scheduling, and sequencing as the project inherently carried several challenges due to the design element of the scope of works itself.
