Bluecare Labrador

Integration Group was invited to Tender on multiple minor projects by Lead Consultants for Bluecare. After completing our first project, it became evident that the scope of works was more complex than originally planned. Integration Group, FSA, Lead Consultants, Formiga 1, Ferm and Bluecare all collaborated on a different approach to the project and decided to cluster some of the projects together. This helped with upfront advice, planning, procurement and program completion times, the projects are ongoing and continue to be completed professionally and successfully.
