Design/Construct and Refurbishment of one of the operating theatres and adjacent Sterile Store, and seven patient recovery rooms. This includes an ECI component where Integration Group is to manage the design and cost planning of the works. Once the design and construction costs have been agreed, we will then proceed with the building works.
