Extention & Car Park Upgrade.
The Project is a design and construct consisting of the demolition and refurbishment of the existing Northern and Southern carpark & Covered Walkway. The scope of the project is based on working in a live school environment that will include the installation of the canopy and walkway, excavation of the underground services, removal and replanting of tree and traffic management in place to direct the busy Smith Street and Kumbari Avenue during school hours.
Brad Mayes was the Construction Manager that delivered this project on behalf of the Health Infrastructure. The new Tweed Valley Hospital was built in the north-eastern region of New South Wales on a green field site to replace the existing Tweed Hospital. Requirements were to provide facilities that meet immediate and short term service demands whilst the new facility is being planned, designed and constructed.
